Stephen F. Horstmann
Stephen Horstmann founded BullsEye Marketing Systems to apply the data and digital expertise garnered in the pharmaceutical clinical trials space to the direct marketing world especially with the growing demand for data-centric, interactive, measurable marketing tactics.
Prior to creating BullsEye, Horstmann launched ICD Global in 1987 to serve the clinical trials data collection needs of global pharmaceutical companies. He quickly identified a need for an enabling technology solution that could eliminate waste and inefficiencies in the clinical data collection and distribution process. Stephen transformed that vision into reality with the development of TrialVision™. ICD Global grew to serve more than 125 pharmaceutical companies and over 19,000 clinical sites worldwide.
Horstmann sets the strategic direction for BullsEye Marketing Systems, manages the business operations and plays an active role in business development.
Stephen serves on multiple boards in the Phila region. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ursinus College (Collegeville, Pa.) and has pursued post-graduate coursework in business at Villanova University (Villanova, Pa.).
